Shshsh I feel for ya on the sleep thing but when my head hits the pillow I'm out like a light That is one thing I've very seldom had a problem with I did go for a while an could not sleep heck just stayed on the computer more lol but not anymore.

I can't do that though..I get a headache if I look at this monitor that long. I have come to that conclusion.

Well sure it is not good for my eyes as well humm could be why I can't see chit no more need to go have my eyes checked and get some real glasses.

No changes. i need to go & get my eyes checked again soon, so i can get more contacts too..........they want you to have an exam yearly, to see if there are any changes....and its been over a year for me! My havent changed at all the past 10yrs.........!!!!

You are soo right. I only wear one and I wear it for 2 weeks at a time so it helps alot. So I can go a bit longer. I get 4 boxes a year but I stretch em out!!!..
I just did that about a month ago and got my new contact. All was fine.
