with this guy...we had a small get together at their house...outside by a nice warm fire...a few friends and a few family members...he talked to my son...which is 10..listened to the game with my brother and brother n law...threw the foot ball with my cousins son..even let my mamas dog sit in his lap.sounds really good right ladies...here comes the BUT.....he wore white shoes...
 ohhhh the freaking shame of it all...what is wrong with people

OMG, don't tell me -- he had jeans on too with the shirt tucked in!
 Yeah, white shoes are just a no-no regardless of the season for MEN. White cross trainers or athletic shoes are just wrong unless you are in the gym. Sketchers, and designer kicks (like Hugo Boss) not made for working out are cool but white? Oh, I am so sorry!   I am sure you were every bit of a good hostess though!

With the trend of "winter white" white is totally cool after labor day!  How a person creates their fashion image, however, is a totally different issue! I understand what you are saying though. Sometimes people need a little help in that department. If they are open to a make-over then take the good one -- strip them down -- and buy them new clothes! *said in tongue and cheek* |

I have to agree with crazylady... If that's his only problem is "no fashion" sense, that can be fixed easily.. I mean I know bad fashion sense is a turn off but "just shoes" can be fixed, it's when the whole wardrobe needs to be thrown out and redone and they refuse that is the real problem...
Moonlight I say give it a chance... Most men will listen to fashion advice... There isn't a man I've dated that didn't wnat to change the fashion faux pas I didn't like... |

Ummmmmmmm, I'm missing something here. I think clean white athletic shoes on a man is extremely attractive. Must be the region or something, because that wouldn't be frowned upon from any of my friends.
