My mom is in surgery today, and I was told she will be placed in ICU afterwards. The surgery is on both of her legs due to blockages in her veins.

Thank you to all who have prayed for my mom and my family. My mom is now in ICU... she started off in one ICU, and then they moved her to a heart ICU. They are using the mask which forces air into her lungs at this time.

I've been having pain in the back of my knee and it's painful driving and I woke up the past two nights in pain. Shoot it can be painful just sitting here at the computer. I've had pain before so I'm thinking maybe it's stress related. I've noticed my knees are both creaky and I can laugh cus my son says he hears me coming by my creaky legs... lol. I didn't think it was that bad. I've noticed kneeling when I work with Noah hurts like heck too. I'm wondering if it's just some form of arthritis. Maybe someone else has had this too. Seems like standing up and walking isn't too bad as long as I'm not going up a hill.

I took my stepdad some dinner and some brownies last night, and he's in high spirits and is always joking around. They only allowed him to visit my mom for fifteen minutes because they don't want her talking.

Update: Mom is still in the hospital but out of ICU. Thank you for your support.
