There was a difference.

A vast difference.

Hitler allowed the things he did because he was a man but he did them in
the name of his race and his name.

The church leaders did those antichristian things IN THE NAME OF CHRIST.
Which is an abomination that Jesus can not forgive and neither will the
father. They used a holy name to butcher and kill the children of God.

It's not the actions of our forefathers that drives our beliefs today.
It's what we've experianced and what we have learned. So whether or not
the people that started the 'Christian' movement were or were not good
people or were or were not just like Hitler is irrelevant. We strive to
live CHRIST LIKE!!! Not Martin Luther like, and not pope like for they
are mere humans just like us!!! But Jesus was/is the Son of God, born
of the Holy Spirit and HE is who our lives are patterned to follow, not
any human who claims to come in His name.

It's pretty much a yes or no question - how much easier can ya get?
