I too am trying to find myself again. After 10 years of being with the same person, i lost the fun, confident part of me. Eventually with some serious searching i will find pre marriage me. LOL

It took me a long time to find me!
I was always considered "his" wife or mom That's where I lost myself When he was gone and the kids grown I just sat there crying wondering where the hell did tammy go? It took awhile. But one day it all came flooding back I hooked up with girlfreinds. Started going out. Taking care of myself. Volunteer work. And my true self surfaced again! Keep your chin up Cry a little The you that you always were will surface again!!

Just out of a relationship i decided to find myself. What a found was a person who is caring, honest and compassionate and who stay in a relationship where she was miserable for too long. I want to be healthy, happy, loved, and stable.

I want to be the kind of person that I can look in the mirror each morning and think is a good person.
A fun person who is honest and fair and uses common sense in trying to make decisions. Not to please everyone but to be responsible and dependable but happy and playful. A woman with self worth and courage to be a feminine lady that is lovinging and passionate when it is deserved and needed. A mother and grandmother that leads by example and careing and does what is needed rather than what is easy or makes me their friend. A daughter that is tolerant and respectful and gives my parent the grace he deserves in his golden years. A friend that is loyal and considerate and a help when they have been a friend to me. A steward of the earth. Living in it with as little harm as is realistic. Leaving it a garden and a peaceful place for others. |

I am fortunate in so many ways. Indeed, many things I thought would be difficult ended up being relatively easy. But finding that special woman...the love of my life...well...I'm confident it will happen but I thought it might be easier.
 I have always used visualization techniques...projecting success and then realizing it. It is more complex that just saying it...but it works. I wish you great success in your endeavors. Carpe Diem!
