I agree. We have freedom of speech--as long as you are politically correct! Otherwise, someone is going to jump all over you for voicing your opinion. frustrated frustrated

I complain about it constantly. The media is not the judge of right and wrong.

HA!! I do that, and people ream on me for being an a$$hole. It seems most folks these days would rather live in fantasyland than hear the truth.

Political Correctness: The biggest lie ever imposed upon society. The saddest thing about it is, most people buy into it.

The term "politically correct" has evolved beyond the hopeless, pointless, colloquial state to divide us where there is no perforated line.

If we said what we meant all the time we might actually allow ourselves to be vulnerable.

It's just easier not to, and often more fun.

Politically correct is a very vague term. AT times, the implied meaning seems to be Mannerly or polite, which I dont see as negative thing at all. If political correctness begins to include insincere feelings or dishonest statements,,than its a problem.

There is a trend to do what you want and say what you feel and anyone who feels otherwise is 'unamerican.' That approach to life, ,were everyone to follow it (in my opinion,), is the definition of CHAOS.

People should be cognizant of the feelings of others, it hurts noone. The english language is FAR too vast with any number of synonyms that can be used to express any one emotion or opinion. It takes little effort to attempt to use less hurtful or offensive words to express ones thoughts.

Don't hate the opposite sex/races/religions and you can express whatever you feel.

I'm not racist, et al, so I can say whatever I want and no one calls me out.

Simple
