OLDER 4 ME HAS BEEN BETTER AN LESS DRAMA

I often date and generally prefer younger men to a certain point. I probably wouldn't date a man who is more than 10-12 yrs younger than me.

I'm usually not interested in much older or younger men. There may be a few exceptions. But for the most part, I probably wouldn't be compatible with someone when the age difference between us is very large.

I have both dated and married older females. While my relationships did not work out I have to say I do not believe it had anything to do with age of them or me. In my case I believe my previous relationships did not work because of too many differences and bad choices made by each of us involved.

Intelligace is a quality that I admire, one of many reasons why I tend to prefer the company of older and more experianced people. I wish to share and understad thier knowledge and experiances to better myself. After all, what better way of finding things out than asking those who have experianced it?

Intelligence doesn't necessarily have anything to do with age. Same with experience!

I have a lot to say on this topic, and since I state in my profile "I prefer younger women", I feel like I should explain why.

I used to date older women, and even married 1 or 2 (oops) but now I prefer younger women, and not only because they are more physically attractive.

2. I find younger women to be less jaded, than their older counterparts. As long as I believe it's possible to entirely give my heart away, with the hope of a lasting loving relationship, I won't settle on a cougar who's only interest is filling a small void in her life. I have a lot more to offer than most older women are looking for - filler. I'm not saying all older women are jaded, but face it, once you've had your heart ripped out enough times, rather than continuing to give your love freely and fearlessly, you would more likely, wall your heart off. When dreams turn to nightmares, the logical choice it to simply stop dreaming, but not me, I'm a hopeless romantic and intend to stay that way.

3. Younger women are more of a challenge, and a good challenge is determinate to attraction. Older women who are too easy really creep me out.

4. For me the eventual lack of sex drive off-sets the experience an older women may have, and call me old fashioned, but I prefer being able to count her ex lovers on my fingers, rather than a calculator. I've never met a younger woman - who I was sexually compatible with - who wasn't exited to learn... and I find that rather sexy.

Everyone has an opinion and here's mine. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just because a woman is younger, it doesn't make her more attractive. We all have our prefererences, but aging should not mean someone's less attractive.

Regardless of age, people are jaded at all stages of life. Someone's reaction to what they have endured or experienced determine how they react to a situation. Some people still prosper and have an undying optimism, others do not. It is determined by personality, not age.

I have found people a challenge or easy at all ages and stages in life. Coping mechanisms are different for everyone. You tell me that as many one night stands don't take place for younger or older. That has to do with morals, not age. The same goes for the number of lovers.

I'm older and believe me, I don't plan on ever losing my optimism or outlook on life. You can look at any study and see that the stamina and sex drive of the male peaks way before the female. I would think a male should be concerned with keeping up with a vital, active older woman, not the other way around. Willingness to experiment, try new things and teach is available to anyone at any stage in their life.

Having a preference is fine. My last boyfriend was 35 when we met and we had a 4 year relationship. My boyfriend now is younger than me too. It has just happened that way. I would never have a narrow point of view to think that there might not be an older man for me also.

I will say this. At my age, 36, I have found that I am like a babe magnet for women older than myself. This is a good thing I feel. I mean, if I lived in a town where there were a bunch of sexy older chicks, I would so be getting tapped every night of the week.

You are in Florida aren't you? I would say you could hit the mother lode if that was the case. What's a few towns over but a car ride.

Do you know how high gas is down here? Wait. If I go to Boca Raton, I could hook up with an older lady with money. Hmmmmmm. And those girls their love to get freaky. So actually, sacrificing the gas money could be most beneficial.

So you think because someone is a certain age means they aren't physically attractive??? I've seen A LOT of 20 somethings who can't hold a candle to me and they look older than me. Have you seen Lindsey Lohan lately. She's like 22. She looks about 50.

It takes me awhile, but I get the point eventually.
