La Jolla, Lomita, Gardena, & Pasadena...have an old drivers license with my address on PCH but they recycled cans back then at least |

I've lived over a dozen places in the US, every city i've seen which has
the black rolling bins for domestic trash also has the blue rolling bins for recycling. |
