yes clearly i'm in love with the girl i've been seeing. every day spent waiting to hear from her is torture in anticipation of the moment i'll hear her voice. i have to wonder outloud "how did i get so lucky to have such a beautiful girl even talk to me, let alone spend time with me?". being in her presence is sufficiently stimulating let alone having a moment with her where she's paying attention to me. the excitement i feel when i'm with her i can't contain nor express in words. i feel like she accepts me as i am and doesn't judge me or expect anything from me. i may be the most pathetic person here on mingle because when i'm around her i get all excited like a gradeschooler with his first girlfriend. and even more pathetic because all the while i'm excited, i'm nervous too, 'does she like me??', 'am i annoying her?', 'is she bored with me?'. i like this girl so much, i really don't wanna screw it up. honestly, i feel like i could love this girl for the rest of my life. she's so beautiful and beyond that, she's sooo nice to me. i can't wait for the next opportunity i will have to see her. yes, CLEARLY i'm in love with this girl. clearly.

i don't kno how to tell her. i don't want her to feel like i'm pressuring her or trying to rush things or push things towards a relationship. she indicated to me before that she was not interested in a relationship. but yeah, i'm pathetic, i confess. i'm in love with a girl and i'm not ashamed to tell anyone.

How do you avoid it? Most don't choose who they fall in love with.

If you realize they're not into you, and remove yourself from the situation, the chance of you falling in love with them is rather slim.

it depends what you mean by shes not in love with you. Its ok if she likes you and not loves you right now you wont get hurt because her like can turn into her love, but if she doesnt want to well then your setting yourself up for misery in the end. You'll long to be with her but she will be with someone else and that will end up hurting you. Its hard to choose who to fall in love with, but if shes not into you at all get out and stay away, tell her that you have strnog feelings for her and that its best not to be close right now because it will only lead you on.
