Dont allow anyone else but yourself to be the source of your happiness. Be happy alone so u can better enjoy being in a relationship with someone else.People might still disappoint you,,but no broken hearts.

stay optimistic....dont give up.theres a reason for everything.sometimes your better off without the person who broke your heart.ive found it comes when you least expect it and your not even looking.just a few months ago,my girlfriend **** on me after using me four nearly four years and prettty much left me in an almost destitute situation.i quit looking a couple weeks ago and thats when i met a beautiful girl who grew up in spain and has origins in africa and the united states. not sure how to pronounce the small country in west africa her mother was from but her father is from the united states.she grew up in spain.shes one of the prettiest things ive ever seen and we get along really well,despite the fact that she is 26 and im 44.shes lived in the states for only a month and is over in nigeria right now for another week.shes over ther right now making clothes for orphaned children.we are growing closer all the time...but my point is,there might be something better around the corner.there is a reason for everything...dont give up and dont try so hard.itll come in its own time. sorry to burst your bubble,but she sounds like a scammer.

ummm no the answer to the question is.....you will never know and to the many ladys in here that say dont fall in love or just ignore the person! you are all lonely women and you all want to find someone to love and it will be possible when you let your walls down,and think about karma when you lie to and ignore the person who falls in love with you because it comes back around and you will fall for someone one of these days and that person will break your heart..... I AM NOT a lonely person! And you have no right to tell me I am. You don't know me so you can't judge!!!!

Preventing a broken heart is never a for sure thing. I think that are certain safe gaurds and trust that come into play. Being on honsest with yourself about how feel about the other person is a great start. It so important to be honest with each other about the relationship...on everything...where you think the relationship is going and what the other person feels about the relationship. The rest is all water under the bridge so to speak and communication is key..

There really is no way to prevent a broken heart ...you can have your heart broken by any one you love...My children have broken my heart on several different occassions....But I still love them....That is part of life ...you know they say it takes bot rain and sun to make the rainbow....Everyone wants to love and be loved...it cant be faiytale perfect...but it can be wonderful most of the time...if we choose to make it wonderful...
