Do you think mingle2 could be an effective place to make you forget your nasty ex-spouse?

There are a lot of really great people here. If nothing else, you can have a few laughs, make some friends, and express yourself in the forums. Might not be a cure-all for everything, but it can definitely help....

Underthesea, Mingle can help. It is a place to laugh, rant, cry, think. The rest you must do yourself. Good luck and god speed.flowerforyou

Just keep doing this: frustrated and pretty soon you'll forget everything... Laughter is the best medicine...flowerforyou

Buy a dartboard, paste a head shot of them in the middle, get a set of darts or knives. Throw them at the face until you feel better. I've never been married (and never will) but I've known some jerks in my past, so I kinda get it.flowerforyou
