she turns toward him, swiveling in her chair, legs appearing from beneath her desk.
looking at him, puzzled by the meaning of his presence, his radiations.

he says:
because, i will love you. (tone: rising, implying eventually)
and you will love me. (tone: lowering, as a command)
when i hold you in my arms, you will fold into my chest. (tone: misty, storytelling)
you will look up to me with the eyes of prey, anticipating her fate. (tone: relishing her need)
and i will worship you... (tone: rising, propaganda)
not as a queen, but as a priceless object, which *must* be handled, regardless of its worth. (tone: determined)
the object of desire, and the ravenous conservator, transfixed together, an eternal longing gaze. (tone: misty, storytelling)
afterward we can smoke another joint and go out for dinner......are you coming? (tone: casual, dismissive)
he turns to leave, as if nothing happened.
she hesitates just a second, mixed emotions flashing across her face.
as she rises, he turns to her, enfolds and kisses her, as though it were the last thing he would ever do.
she swoons, becomes his that very moment.
they depart, the office goes nuts.
