Lol I have to go to work tomorrow and finish the unit cost stuff at work tomorrow lol but now we can plan on that for another day and get one of those bucket of margaritas by on the border were you just add the liquor those are awesome now lol Heck now I can make some mean enchiladas hehehe

Thoes are good Margaritas and I can make some good ones too. Do you use chili on yours or the sauce? I use chili with corn tortillias.

I make GREAT chicken enchiladas

I make mine with flour tortillas and the chili I use is the block chili and add a few things to it then spread it on top with cheese and onions put it in the oven long enough for the cheese to melt for the chili is already cooked as well as the meat in the enchiladas... I use that taco seasoning on the meat as I cook it and make extra for tacos or taco salad on the side actually my enchiladas look more like burritos instead lol.......

Then of course cut up the lettuce, tomatoes, ect on the side to make tacos and ranch style beans. And of course cheese sauce and hot sauce on the side with chips................

STOP IT! I'm soooo freakin' hungry!

That is lots harder then mine are. I do everything the easy way.

I just brown my hamburger meat and put my onions in it. Then I open a can or two of hormel chili and heat it up a bit and pour some in the bottom of he pan. I fry the corn tortillias just barely and I put the meat and onion mix in there and roll it up and put it in the pan. Then when they are all in the pan I pour the rest of the chili over it and put the cheese on top..LOTS of cheese and the rest of the hamburger and pop it in the oven till the cheese is all melted. Easy but really good. My tacos are totally different..sounds gross but really good..not going into that now...

Hummm just called me and order in to go at El Paseo Mexican restaurant that is like 8 blocks away and going to go through the drive through and get me a 12 pack of beer bbl hehehehe
