If the heart is always true online then why is it so hard to portray in the "face to face?" Online, we only get to know a glimpse into others lives. We see only what they are willing to share, and some find it easy to share the good but hide what turns people off. Face to face we can see each other, warts and all, and find that even though they were telling the truth, it was a sliver of the truth. And that the lie of omission was as bad as an outright lie. If you were to ask the Mingle members who have met me face to face, I hope they will tell you I am the same in person as I am in my typing.
