But I just dived in head first and forgot to say hello... How rude of me.... Please don't take it personally if I don't remember if we have "met". thought id pop in for tic Hi Tim hows your dad? Any news? I just got off the phone with mom, if the meds work he may go in a nursing home so they can give him therapy for about a week if not they will have to give him injections and keep him in the hospital. But ATM they won’t know more until tomorrow to see if the swelling goes down. IF he goes to a nursing home for therapy/rehab..... warn your mother that she needs to be there every day to check on how things are going. Not kidding here! Because you never know....and someone needs to check. Just a word of advice from one who lost her mother. I was the designated person to monitor the situation, after she went from the hospital to the nursing home for rehab before returning to her apartment with Dad. I was "too busy" to check in every day, and will have to live with the consequences of that choice for the rest of my life. thanks for the input, but moms not able to do that... I will pass that on to my sister Whatever it takes... apparently she is the designated person in this case. AS I said....this is not a joke. I would really hate to see it happen again....
