thought id pop in for tic Hi Tim hows your dad? Any news? I just got off the phone with mom, if the meds work he may go in a nursing home so they can give him therapy for about a week if not they will have to give him injections and keep him in the hospital. But ATM they won’t know more until tomorrow to see if the swelling goes down. Was this from his fall? Is he still in Iowa? they moved first part of Aug. oh yeah ...I know that but you said they would be here for 3 weeks from the wedding,so I didn't know if they got back home yet.

IF he goes to a nursing home for therapy/rehab..... warn your mother that she needs to be there every day to check on how things are going. Not kidding here! Because you never know....and someone needs to check. Just a word of advice from one who lost her mother. I was the designated person to monitor the situation, after she went from the hospital to the nursing home for rehab before returning to her apartment with Dad. I was "too busy" to check in every day, and will have to live with the consequences of that choice for the rest of my life.
