The Fixx. We don't get big name bands here often That is surprising, you would think that bands would make it a point to go to HI and schedule a few days off for the visit. They do come to Oahu but I'm on the Big Isle. Not much going on here except watching the coffee plants grow |

too long ago for me to remember for certain, but I am gonna say a local Dayton Ohio band
(still have yet to see Electric Smoke - my son's friends) saw We Are Disconnected - a friend from work - her band about 05-06*07 - as a lead she puts the guys to shame on the local scene (sorry guys) and I'll never forget all of the lovely free jello shots I received courtesy of the band ( feet had a hard time finding the floor that night) ![]() |

Hmmm. The last concert I went to was My Chemical Romance with The Architects and Circa Survive. It was bad ***. I got the tickets as a Christmas present to my best friend. A lot of people were like "Ugh. MCR. I listened to them when I was like 15." but that was because they didn't understand the awesome performance that was involved with their music. :P Nah, it was an amazing concert and I definitely had the time of my life.

Ew gawds. Crosby Stills Nash. Young though local did not show up. Marc Cohn opened with his first album was amazing and gorgeous and still had hair. Small venues my friends S&M Acoustic (you can find them on FB). Private a professional ex musician BF played new unreleased song for me over the speaker phone and I asked him to play the beginning and end again for the dog, Darcy because she loved it. He did because he was big rocker at one point and said he learned a long time ago to play to the audience and if I wanted him to play for the dog, by god, he'd play for the dog. LOL. Jimmy Meccina (sp) in my boss' house at a fundraiser.
