Doing good just got summons from Kaitlynn she wanted me to fix her a plate of fruit to eat
 so just got back from fixing it and fixing me some left overs to eat for lunch

I have a whole chicken in my freezer I was going to have Carl fix when he came but we didn't do it. He wanted steak when he was here. I think I'll fix it roasted tomorrow. I better get it out and let it start thawing now. Sounds good!!!...

Well I cheated got mine from the store already done lol it is a lemon pepper chicken and it is soooooooooooooo goood too had some the other day lol

Mine is on the counter thawing. I will have to cook mine but I have some kind of rub stuff that Carl got when he was here and said it was good on chicken too so i'll put it on it and I may even cut it up and bake it part way and then throw it on the grill and finish it up. That even sounds better!!!....

Hummm huhhh poke some holes in it and put some of the seasoning inside the cavity as well it will take the flavoring all through it that way... I want to buy one of those table top roasters friend had one and OMG that roasted the best food I had ever tasted it had shelves in it where you could put the meat stuffed veggies and all in at the same time and roast them all came with the recipes and ohhh heck yeah that was some good stuff and easy to fix and clean after wards just plugged it in and let it cook.....

I have seen thoes roasters and I would love to have one but, its teflon. I can not use it. BB! Remember? Can't use teflon around her. Its the pitts but I want to keep her around for a while longer.

I do use my teflon skillets, but I do keep them on low heat.
Anything cooked in them any higher will put off a fume that will kill them. Its not good for us either though. I use my SS more then anything. Shshsh with all that guess I will never have a bird shshhs can't burn my candles no Teflon Hummm ohhh well it was a good thought guess I don't need a bird after all lmao
