I always thought white-skinned people were vulnerable  they will have their skin torn after a hell of nights pounding...but boy oooo boy was I wrong!
then this Hungarian lady also thought me that my country's cultre was similar to hers in so many ways

It's funny, I have only dated one metis guy. I am Metis/Aboriginal myself, but mostly the guys are white, that I date. I don't know why it is. I guess just the type I am attracted to. As for race, the reserve I come from...in order to not have children with serious health defects you can't really marry them there...you need to go far away. An example of this is my great great great great great great grandfather ( I am related to him 7 times)...so it shows how crazy it can get. My parents are related to me, 3rd and 4th cousins. My parents are also related to each other a few times....so I never discourage a Metis/Aboriginal person from marrying a white person or a differnt nationality...

i wonder if the adds were a coincidence.... i guess it's a matter of preferrence instead predjudice for the most part on what i've seen on this site so far to the regulars at least, and i'd stay on the forums and get to know people here, for you will meet some really great people that look beyond the surface. they even tolerate hidious looking creatures like me Any type of website that lists advertising is programmed to rotate ads using keywords from the topic threads or profiles. Further example, my myspace page has ads for "tattooed" singles, The Minn Vikings and Marilyn Manson. You guessed it -- those are my interests on my profile.

As someone posted before, you really dont know for sure what race someone is unless you ask. I am a woman of color but my daughter, with blonde hair and blue eyes is mistaken for white quite often.
I prefer to choose partners by what is attractive to me physically and what is compatible with me character and value wise. I dont consider race a physical distinction because within each race are so many combinations of features, not many of them exclusive to any one race. Short answer, race matters not,,,a good man is a good man and when you have one,,,his skin color will mean very little. |

I've never dated within my race before. Not by choice that's just how the chips fell. Other races gravitated towards me.

Don't ask me why it was only once, because that once was just the only time that everything came together for it to happen, but once I dated a really sweet black lady from the Virgin Islands for a short while. We really enjoyed each other's company and connected in some profound ways. I was a single dad with a teenager at home and she had two young boys.
She ended up moving back to the BVI's but we stayed in contact by snail mail for a while. She both challenged and understood me, maybe better than anyone else I've ever known... The one that got away...

Haven't ever dated non-white, but only because I've not had the opportunity or met anyone of colour that's asked me out. Wouldn't matter to me one way or another. Good ppl are good ppl, no difference because of skin colour. Such a petty thing to be concerned about.
