I have lost 40 pounds in the last 6 months---Just move into a 5th wheel trailer with two 100 pound airedale dogs! Just moving there bags of food in here is good exercise! Walking them 3 to 4 times a day is a great workout. They keep the riff-raff away as well. Unfortunately, they keep the women away to!smokin frustrated

Most people do not digest well due to the additives in food. Unless you are eating raw, go to a good health store and get digestive enzymes. They help the food break down (as it would do if natural) so that the nutrients can get to your cells and the waste is eliminated quicker, so it does not set in your colon causing havoc!! The enzymes are not expensive and should have NO artificial ingredients.

.. not to mention that every 12 ounce can of soda has about 9-12 teaspoons of sugar in it

I work in the sugar industry and I will refute this statement.

Soda, with the exception of a VERY few brands, do not USE sugar in their product. The vast majority of soft drinks use high fructose corn syrup. There is a big difference between that stuff and real, natural sugar.

The products that DO use actual sugar ( such as Jones Soda and Snapple ) actually have to use less sugar in their product for the same level of sweetness.

Your " 8 oz glass half full of sugar " statement is inaccurate.

Isn't real, natural sugar in moderation better than all those artificial sweetners out there?

Gee.. could someone working in the sugar industry be trying to confuse the general public by saying that the high fructose is not sugar?..Its a form of sugar...to be accurate...but if you look at the content labels...a coke basically is about 27 grams of SUGARS!!!!...it really doesn't matter what form it is in...its the same thing to the body...glucose eventually...that feeds the brain, and if you get too much, as in a diabetic coma, or an alcoholic who binges just a bit too much...this glucose can KILL you!!...if you don't get enough to feed the brain.. you will have your brain cells will die...and subsequently...your body will follow...sometimes... otherwise...if it doesn't, you may be in this world, but not of it anymore... It doesn't matter if the sugar is natural or not... although I don't like chemical sugars either... but, we consume way to much sugar these days...and its not good for us... Back in the middle ages...sugar was a treasure... to be doled out in tiny increments... it was precious! like gold almost.... well.. we should have stuck to that idea...and we would all be a lot thinner... sugars are known to make aging worse...and while even diabetics require some form of carbs or sugars...to live...its the excess that is the problem... Sorry I apparently offended your pride in your job...but, I stand by my statements... check out Peertrainer...for one site, to check out what I said..about sodas.. you can just google the information ... its not rocket science, y'all....
