Topic: If You Had the Money...

Suppose you came into a huge amount of money. More than enough to take care of all your needs as well as your children's for a number of generations. So, first you would go out and buy all that stuff you've always wanted. Then you'd go and see all those places you've always wanted to see. Then what? The question is after you have done everything you have always said you'd do if you ever came into money what would you do every day to occupy your time?

I could do what I want for work...and not have to worry about pay. Or volunteer...lots of needs out there.

I would get involved and make sure that many dreams were fulfilled through the "Make a Wish Foundation" was fulfilled and kids got that wish they always wanted come true....

A couple of years ago I asked myself this question. I thought deeply about it. I discovered that I really didn't need very much to be happy. A small place to live, a way to get around, enough food and water, A few nice things to wear and the ability to go out and have fun a few times a week. Then I asked myself how much it would cost to live that way now. You know what? It was very inexpensive. So, if I suddenly became very wealthy my lifestyle really wouldn't change.

Yes,exactly. Inflation is a biotch though... I have a plan for that too. i am envious...all i can come up with is stealing "Sweet-n-low" from 7-11.I save 5$$ a month

Go back to Vietnam and help some of the old NVA soldiers. Some are begging in the streets now. ain't right. I hated them in the 60's because they were shooting at me. Not now. They need help and I'd like to give it to them. Soldiers don't start these stupid war's--they just fight them and die in them. Sounds strange---but with all the money I would have--why not!
