We are definitely into our fall weather here, only going up into the 60's and 70's now during the day. But now its perfect walking weather! I can finally get out and walk without the awful humidity. I'll be doing that today. My sister and I walk every Tues/Thurs when I work at home. So far, down around 6lbs, but my god, I have alot left to lose. |

Good morning {{{friends}}} Another day when they can't do mom's surgery  her blood still isn't at the right level and they have tried everything possible. She is in so much pain  wish I could take her pain for her I am getting ready to go to the hospital, I will pop in when I get back home. I you all  (((merle))) im so sorry i was hoping by now they would have some better news for you please know your in my heart ill keep ((mom)) in my prayers and ill keep the positive thoughts coming as well love you much

Oh, I am sooo jealous Nicole!! I wish it was that cool here. We are just in the high 60's at night and still getting into the low 90's in the days with the humidity. Not good.
That is great you are down 6 lbs!! Congratulations!!!..Just keep on and it will come off. You don't have THAT much to loose anyway!
