I read that if you selected "no" for a mutual match and changed your mind you can reset this to see all profiles again. Problem is I cant figure out where or how to do this. Please help this newbie

Welcome to the forums, susan_k74. I'm afraid it's not possible to reset one's Mutual Match. If you know of a particular user that you are interested in, though, you can click the 'Match with Him' button. That will put your profile in his Mutual Match slideshow.
Do you remember where you read this, by the way? We do not want to be providing bad information. |

Hi,
My account> veiw all mutual mutual matched> bottome of page FAQ for mutual matches: Q. What happens to profiles to whom I say "No"? Will they find out I rejected them? A. No. Once you've said "No" to a profile, you won't see that profile again, unless you want to. And we'll never tell them you rejected them. If you regret saying "No" to someone, you can change your search preferences to include all of the profiles you've said "No" to again and choose a new answer if you wish Maybe I misunderstood the statement ...."you can change your search preference to include all of the profiles you've said "no" to again and choose a new answer if you wish". Thanks, Sue |

Thank you. I think that we'll need to edit that page, because there is no way to reset Mutual Match, from what I can tell.

So why don't you make it possible? Simple code change. At this time it is not something the site is considering. Not saying it may not happen in the future just not at this time. Site Mod Kristi |

Site Mod Kristi So I guess you'll have to remember his name and do the search for him / her/ it the old fashioned way. Or hope he / she / it posts in the forums then you can pounce. |
