Hot bath,
hot shower, classical music, relaxing music soft candlelight in a room, a nap, talking out a problem or feelings with someone you trust, getting a hug, aromatherapy, affirmations, inspirational reading materials, walks, excercize, therapy, medication, sex reading eating healthy working human amounts vacation keeping a regular schedule laying off the alcahol keeping your home clean doing someone a favor, or something nice volunteering time time spent with pets meditation prayer decaf coffee |
