I always thought it was weird the toilet in its own separate room. All these rooms I have to go to!!!

Average home here is $1,000,000 for a crap house!!

Thats pretty cheap for the house. The land is expensive though...... It's cheap for here....land in Agnes can be up to 1 .5 mill...ocean frontage I was giggling and saying packing and moving will be easy...open the windows here...open the windows there...and throw it in... We aussies prefer our little room to be separate...unless it's an ensuite....then someone can be showering, or bathing or whatnot, and someone else can be doing their thing.. To move the house from Bundaberg, onto new stumps, with a new roof and guttering will be an extra $10, 000 including insurance... all up it, finished, with new bathroom and kitchen as well, will still be $40 000 cheaper than the other shabby house! |

Ummm paint dries darker than it appears on the paint chip... and usually funky colours are great.... as a feature wall...with three walls in an offset colour...or in a GIANT room, you can go darker... |

Can I suggest something? When you look at the green, it's a yellow green yeah? Like a grannysmith apple? Unless you have the EXACT same green in cushion covers, or a pattern in the print of your bed cover.... Perhaps go a soft pale buttery creamy colour, with stark white trim...around the door frames and window frames... or even a really pale coffee latte colour on the other three wall... |
