Maintaining Legal StatusIt is the responsibility of the student to abide
by the laws that relate specifically to "nonimmigrant aliens" in the U.S. Failure to do so may subject you to deportation. All nonimmigrant international students must be sure to do the following things: Register at the school you were authorized to attend. Keep your passport valid at all times (and up to 6 months in the future.) Request permission to extend your stay in this country, if necessary. Follow proper procedures when changing from one educational level to another (e.g., bachelor's to master's level) Maintain your full-time academic status as a student (12 credits for undergraduates and 8 credits for graduates.) Obtain appropriate permission to work on and off campus. Complete the appropriate income tax form, even if you have not worked during the year. Report you current address to the Immigration and naturalization Service. (Form AR-11.) Complete transfer paperwork in a timely manner. |

      Blah...
Pretty much I think your best bet would be to pick a handfull of schools then ask to speak to an "international advisor" on campus and see what you can find what each school offers |
