I alway froget something when I go to the store....

I usually make a list...and still I forget....

Sometimes. But that mainly happens when I forget to grab the list on my way out...lol

However, there have been quite a few times when I actually made a list, took it with me, and got everything on it...only to realize that I forgot to put a certain item ON the list.

Yeah. Unless it's something really important, I usually don't bother going back to the store until I wind up really needing it. lol

In all seriousness: I usually make lists of only the stuff I really need (Toilet paper, cleaners, paper towels and tampons aren't really impulse buys!) Other then that, I don't write anything more specific then "dinner" "lunch" or "breakfast", unless I have a specific recipe in mind or am on a really tight budget. For me, this means that I have less to forget, and I actually like taking my time and looking for new or different products. Shopping with a list seems to stand in the way of being creative in the kitchen.

Any special reason for Vegas?

When I run out of something I write it on the calendar in my purse so I usually get it on Wednesday when do my big shopping. Fewer trips in the store mean I buy less junk food.

I never forget the dog food or dog treats

I never forget the eggs. But that's cause I have about 60 laying hens, plus the occasional turkey eggs. I buy bulk on the bread and meat, and stick it in the freezer. And no one forgets the milk with the sheer amount that gets drunk around here. 4 gallons every other day. So 12-16 a week.

depends what it is if i want it badly enough i go to walmart and buy that thing i forgot plus more stuff i didnt need lmao

As long as I dont forget the turtle pellets....then Im okay.Other than that, Im a row by row run it thru my head kinda shopper.
