I don't eat any kind of beef, but I am all about a turkey burger. :) bun, provolone cheese, pickles, and a little spicy mustard...good stuff! :)

I like my burgers w/mayo, pickles & onion.

I'll take mine medium well, no onions ( I'm allergic ) with lettuce, pickles, mayo, brown mustard, relish and cheese.

Tried to amend my carnivorous habits

actually, if i could have my burger any ol way, it would be with roasted green anaheim chiles, jack cheese, little bit of thin sliced yellow onion or mebbe grilled onions, tomato, avocado or guacamole, mebbe some cilantro, lettuce, ranch drmessin and mebbe some mustard too, bout a third pound burger, roughly half inch thick formed and pressed perfectly round, so u can get a nice medium / medium well on it... the buns toasted after soakin up a lil oil or butter from wherever ur cookin the stuff. mebbe some bacon, but then again... mebbe not. definitely with roasted chiles, avocado and jack cheese tho. definitely.

The best burger you can buy (in Texas anyway) is a few miles from Luckenbock on a back road. The burgers are UNBELEVABLE! The place is called Alamo Springs and is run by a gourmet chef who just wanted to "get away".
