So anyway, since being here I have met some great people and made some awesome friends. However, I am on here to meet a "specific" kind of partner. Which I clarify in my profile! Anyways, I get all excited when I am alerted thru my email that I "have a new message!" and find it is from a guy wanting to "hook up" or something or rather..
I am quite specific about what I am looking for, however, some (rather thick?) people, seem to completely ignore the obvious statement in my profile (LESBIAN) and contact me seeking a relationship/fun/other/ I find it incredibly irritating and still wonder why they BOTHER????

I don't get it, and I am not a guy, so I will never understand.. But why annoy/bother me with messages, when all I have to say in response is "duh, re read the profile"?

It wastes my time and theirs....

Thoughts on how to avoid this?

You could take a picture of yourself holding up a sign that says "Girls Only," but there would probably still be someone who ignores it.

block messages from males. if you make male friends
on here then you can make them exceptions. it'll save
an email.

might want to turn of IM too - and just turn it on
selectively. mostly a straight site though yanno.

Sadly you can't on both side of the gender there will always be the ones that think hey I'm the one that will change them.

Your a lesbian and any man with a head on his shoulder would respect that and may seek your friendship and try to help you in finding the woman for you, good people wish the best to others.

In the UK Women have all the rights, guys are just well here to work and pay the bills.

Ia m single becuase she was asked to leave, so not a problem there,
So I am cool chap but I cant stand women beating up on guys when it's totally cruel to do so.

Do you really think it necessary to insult people for asking a question?

You think women fly to someone with no respect whatsoever?

You might want to change your attitude a little to get somewhere.

grumble

It takes 2 to tango.

A woman doesn't make a child alone, now, does she?

Sometimes it's not her fault when the men are to mean to invest in condoms to prevent pregnancy.

If you do it without it's as much your fault as it is hers.

So get off your high horse.

In fact I do yes, am I wrong well I beleive not.

Women in the UK who have kids are given priority, Given homes and looked after by every agency they can muster.

A guy is low priority and if working has to care for a child regardless of whether that child is his.

Now when a lesbian has a child in the UK, the donor has to pay child support, I wonder why the world went upside down, if a woman wants a child and cannot afford it then soultion is simple have it aborted, if on the other hand the lady or lesbian in question can afford it then by all means have as many as they like.

I object to the state having to pick up the tab and so fed up hearing women say if you stop benefits you will hurt the kids.

Finally if a guy who is a hard working chap has to pay for a child he should have the right to DNA and if proven the child is not his, then to prosecute the woman involved for fraud and decepton.

35% of men are bringing up another mans child beleiving it to be theirs. So am I wrong sorry I work 7 days a week and pay taxes so women can target guys and get a cut of the wage packet while they look for next guy.

I like statistics...where did you get 35%? I don't live in the UK so I'm just curious...

Want Children?
Undecided/open

Got that from your profile, ehh kinda wondering it's going to be home made sperm you use, or mail order complete with chicken baster and ky jelly.

Some things you cant do yourself, and I hope to god almighty you never have kids, they will grow up a bigger mess than your are.

Good luck in trying though, and I wish you no luck at all.

Yawn.... Keep up to date. Sperm can be "made" without a male. And sorry you have the opinion that a loving parent who can provide a home for an unwanted child is "exclusive". NEWSFLASH this is the 21st CENTURY!!!!! Get with it ;)

We are talking about a lesbian who by definition cant have kids without donor sperm, she is actively seeking to have a child with male sperm.

Thus she is taking herself away from the job market and choosing (lifestyle choice) of having a child and living with a female partner.

Thus the phrase it takes two to tango is null and void, as no male is ever at the conception, its not logical to say I should get of a high horse I dont even have a dog never mind a horse.

So if she chooses of her own volition to have mail order sperm, she also accepts that as a direct result of her actions she is no longer entitled to benefits or housing as she actively sought and god forbid had a child.

Which part of this are you not getting

I'm not getting the 35%...and want to know where you got it.

Jayses, are we a tad bitter?

Perhaps you should shut down your computer and have a good think before you post again.

It is her decision to have a child or not, she didn't ask you to provide for it, so there is no reason to insult.

With the attitude you are displaying here I doubt that you will find a partner, but perhaps you are only here to insult and put people down because you think you can?

Think again buddy.
