is another mans treasure. This past weekend I was stumbling home from the pub and found a beautiful beviled mirror in some ones trash. It just needs a coat of paint stripped off. I have also found a maple sewing machine case that makes a nice table. Has anyone else found any cool stuff in the trash?
Years ago I did stumble home from the pub with a piece of trash

a sober mans trash is a drunk mans treasure.

Love looking for treasures. Used to set up apartments for disabled or foster kids ageing out of the system. Lot of fun.

I used to mark the skips daytime and raid them at night. Safer than raiding a bank

Heck a friend of mine went behind a drug store once and found a box full of watches they had thrown out along with a bunch of other stuff that had not sold and just threw away shshs

Myself I have found silk plants, a kids table and chairs that just had to have the screws tighten up.

Lol have a friend of mine his mom at one time furnished her house with stuff she had gotten off the curbs.. You would be surprised what they got...

The main treasure that my friend found and gave to me it looks like a grandfather clock the clock does work but what it really is neat it has doors on the front that opens and it is a record player plus it has a radio as well the two bottom speakers pull out and then it has 2 other wireless speakers with it and the main box is the one that has the old time fuses in it and yes it still all works. And he curbed itbigsmile
