jag i just dont understand what youre complaining about put yourself in a womans shoes....and then go look at your profile i am not saying ure a bad guy i think ure cool just the same i just think u need to "tinker" the profile up a little...thats all Well..what kind of " tinkering " would you suggest, Billy? Serious question. Seriously?  Yep. Dead serious. I want to know what he thinks. That goes for everyone else too. I really do want to know. I'm not sure what constitutes "tinkering." I know there are those who preach the idea of making your profile as attractive and palatable as possible so as to be more appealing to the readers. But I think there's a huge difference between an editorial brush-up and a massive reconstruction resulting in a disingenuous facade. My attitude has always been: If you like my profile, fine. If not, that's OK, too. It isn't going to change anything either way, and it's not worth my time to make up a bunch of fictional drivel just to get some girl I'm never going to meet anyway to send me an e-mail or two. It is what it is. I update it sometimes. But I'm not going to try to skew it to cater to anybody.... I understand that. I am pretty much the same way. I'm just a little curious as to what he, or anyone else, sees as far as what could be " better ". I've found it's all pretty subjective. I mean, some people think my profile is "intimidating" because I know where the apostrophes go. If I botch it all up and misspell a bunch of stuff and make it incomprehensible, will that make it a better profile? I think there are those who would say "Yes"! I'm just not interested in doing LCD. |
