I was chatting with a girlfriend yesterday, and the subject of men came up, as is want to do, given that she is single, and I had one floating around the peripherals...

We came to a point where she could clearly state what IT wasn't, in a man that attracted her, however she had difficulty pinpointing what is...

I looked over at his lordship, and tried to define what that IT thing is that creates attraction to him, in me.

IT isn't his physical appearance, IT isn't because he is attracted to me ( for reasons incredibly elusive to me...I still don't get that at all... ).....IT isn't because he was there at the time...


and you know what? I have no clue why he is IT. I can't even figure out what IT is.


How do you know, when you have found the person that has IT, for you?

...and what is IT ?

"It" fills a need. Find out what that need is and you will know what the illusive "it" is. Kind of like finding a lock that fits a key.

it is illusive and mysterious

it will let you know when it is

you will have no control over it

it is what it is

and it is as it will be

and when you can describe it run for you are missing it

IT is the thing that touches your heart and what makes IT different for everyone. IT could be the way they comfort a loved one, or they way they make you feel, or some small thing that grips your heart. IT can be amazing, frightening, and elusive.

I thank God you found IT and I pray that everyone can find IT.
