How many of you repeatedly wind up in the "FRIEND ZONE"? And are you absolutely sick to death of it? I used to have women throwing themselves at me... But lately it seems I've lost my edge. Any ideas?

Well, most of my friends have been female since I was about 15 -- I just get along with them better -- since I've been on dating sites, I've discovered there just isn't anybody out there I want to date, so I just gave up on the idea of finding a compatible partner -- but I'm fine with the whole friend thing..... |

I do admit that I'm level, and well rounded... But I do still have sex appeal without wanting sex. I'm just tired of women coming my way due to attraction, and then only wanting to be friends after months of effort. And no, I don't try too hard, and yes I do try. (not just about sex) I'm talking about the whole package. The entire aspects of a relationship. Too many people too easily separate sex with love, and care. Oh... And in noo way am I desperate, or co-dependant.

Yea it takes at least 3 weeks, C'mon give it some time, I like to go a least a month before I declare love.. LOL |

I don't usually "date" per se, I get to know the person as a friend first, then you can pretty much tell if you would be at least compatible enough to try a relationship. Although when I was younger there was one guy that I did go out with for a couple weeks, and had to relegate him to the friend zone, I felt bad, but the feelings just weren't there. I have to add though, that 19 years later...we're still friends.
