 Just wanted to humbly express my thanks to Mystique42, Cindy and a Secret Angel who put a smile on my face yesterday and today. I cannot tell you how surprised I was and am. On-line friends and strangers have reached out to someone they don't know, where my own family and friends have not -- in fact they are avoiding me thinking I'll ask them for money (that hurts me very much).
From the depths of my heart, I thank you for your kindness and thoughts. Love, Jayne (Twitch) That is what we are all here for, to support each other and send that little ray of sunshine that we all need from time to time!

I have noticed that as my children have become adults they no longer have time or a use for me unless it is to borrow money that never seems to get paid back or for a free babysitter. My Mingle2 family call me to see how I am and they are there whenever I need a shoulder to cry on or some friendly advice or even to make me laugh when needed. That is one of the wonderful things about this place 
I don't refer to anyone from here as an online friend....... they are just friends 
Ya know, I don't call or receive calls, except for a couple of times. Sometimes it does not occur to me, I guess. I guess I should make more of an effort and I am sorry if I make feel anyone feel slighted because I don't. I have talked to Grammy once and Merle a couple of times and I am happy to call and talk with any of you and I would be happy to share my number with any of you.
OH Robin you do so much for all of us that talking on phone is not even a big deal.......I really wonder if you know how much you touch people with all that you do from online
I have spoken to so many on the phone from here...too many to list actually 
I have met 5 folks in person so far and plans in the works to meet hopefully 6 other in the next two months.....it has been wonderful to meet EVERYONE
I came on a dating site to meet & date and instead found the best friends I could ever have. One of which was right here in my back yard so to speak
Took a little over a y ear but I found a guy that I totally love spending time with and getting to know better  and ROBIN if it were not for you and the threads you start I may not have met him....soooo Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Well now, ya just made me cry  I am SO happy for you...(took ya long enough to announce this   )
I was actually thinking about organizing a midwest get together, like for a weekend here, maybe Labor Day weekend. No big plans, ('cause there ain't much to do here!!) Just BBQ and hangin' out, gettin' know folks and spending time with one another...hmmm..I will have to think about this.

meeting people that you talk to on a daily basis is soooo much fun.....and hilarious at times I remember when I met Lightvoice for the first time...it actually was at the hosptial. She needed my help with her kids and she knew I was near by Now for hysterical...the day I met Merle....she and lightvoice came to my apartment building and I wasn't quite ready...so these two goofs stood outside my building SCREAMING my name and the funniest part was that I never heard them, now keep in mind I live right on the main streetof my town. So here is this woman with her MD southern accent screaming .."PAAATTTIIII"  I can just imagine what everyone walking by thought at the time
We had such a blast together

Robin, I was out of work for over a year and I had no one to turn to, and like Jane, my family and friends avoided me for fear I would ask them for help. It is good that friends such as the folks on here are willing and able to come to the rescue in times like this. And you are doing a good thing here It was good and I felt good doing something for someone that is in need HI ((MERLE)) HOW WAS YOUR DAY

To me, it appears to be a skin tag but the doc said no and he wanted me to see the specialist because it's on my face. I'm a bit nervous about it. My father died from skin cancer in his early 50's. I'm just hoping it's nothing. |

Okay just for the record the Hanky Panky song wasn't going through my head. Ready for school tomorrow. Everybody keep me in your thoughts. I am a bit nervous about it. New job and all. I can tell I am really stressed out because I have my mouth piece in and I can feel me chomping down on it. I guess that is why I have the retainer though! Everyone have a wonderful evening.
