Do I love you because your beautiful, or are you beautiful because I love you Do you have times when you meet someone you are not terribly attracted to them physically and as you get to know the person they get more and more better looking? Then all of a sudden they are so hot and you don't know why you didn't see it before.. Loves makes a person beautiful, it's not the beauty (physical) that makes you love a person. Like I have said to previous lovers, I find you beautiful because of what you make me feel not for what i see. Physical beauty is only a factor when you do not know a person, their real beauty is when you start the know them completely. |

Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, thankfully. And you can't know someone's soul until you have met them. I think the longer you are with any one, the more that you know them, if those are good things you are seeing, then the more beautiful they become. Hopefully when you're getting to know someone, you don't have blinders on to who they really are. I have seen many a couple that neither were the "hottest" person you'd ever see, but they were perfect for each other, and TO each other, they are the most beautiful thing in the world.

I am more interested in the character the rest will follow...unless he is a cyclops. I have found rare occasion when a man appears to be all three. By all three I mean attractive, witty and smart. |

I have dated average looking men because their personality made them more appealing to me.

At first the rule of attraction in visual, and in the first few seconds brain works it out, and later through conversation either the attraction reinforces itself or cools down even to the point of disappointment. So it is the whole package.
