I own millions (maybe billions?) according to a distant relative living in Africa I didn't know about until someone emailed. me.

...not all its cracked up to be, trust me on this.  I sat down and had a conversation with a millionaire while in Arkansas, looking for investors in a project. Something he told me, I'll always remember: "John, it wasn't that hard to make the million, the hardest part was KEEPING it"! He said it was actually harder to hold onto it, than it was to make it! Go figure!  ...because then you become a TARGET, for various reasons... 1) ...gold-digging bimbos 2) ...suddenly, relatives you've never been aware of will show up from around the world 3) ...complete strangers with a sure-fire business deal 4) ...the IRS. Oh, the IRS. 5) ...simple thieves 6) ...sorry family members, inclined to find someone to "lean on", rather than make it on their own 7) ...actually having to hire people (accountants, lawyers, etc.)to help you in managing and investing it 8) ...ignoring the fact yourself that, since you've found yourself to be rich, you must now become a MISER, not a SPENDTHRIFT... 9) ...every scam artist in the world, be it by phone, or a knock on the door, attacking your million from every conceivable direction 10) ....never, EVER again, knowing who your true friends are |

But, I would guess, if you've never been there(in that position)you(I)would enjoy the experience! I would imagine, that most would think..."yea, I could do it...just let me try one time"! I once had some money on paper . . . then the economy tanked . . . now I have a tax debt. Funny how that ethereal money remains REAL . . .

Actually, I own my own business, (Motor Bike Shop), and my business account is a lot more than a million, but does that make me a millionaire, I guess not, unless I closed shop. Having all the money in the world, would make all your material dreams come true, but once you have everything and once and have done everything and once you have been everywhere, what else is there, your life becomes dull and bored, I have met 3 or 4 millionaires and 1 billionaire, and they are uptight, mood swinging, butt heads and its because they are not happy... Oh well, good luck becoming rich, I am happy right where I am. Are they not happy because they forgot to "Put A Girl In It" I'm just holding on... |

Having all the money in the world, would make all your material dreams come true, but once you have everything and once and have done everything and once you have been everywhere, what else is there, your life becomes dull and bored, I have met 3 or 4 millionaires and 1 billionaire, and they are uptight, mood swinging, butt heads and its because they are not happy... Oh well, good luck becoming rich, I am happy right where I am. Are they not happy because they forgot to "Put A Girl In It" I'm just holding on... Well they used "Escorts" lol so Im sure that was an emotional let down at the end of the day. "ok, your day is up unless you want me another day? That will be $1000.00 a night" No wonder the millions are hard to hang on too. LOL |
