Found a Wolf Spider on my desk crawling around, didn't notice em at first so it kind of tripped when it crawled right up on my mousepad...I like new friends...

Wolf spiders are pretty cool. When I lived out in the country, we used to get some massive ones crawling around in our basement (as in, the size of the palm of my hand). I used to capture them and take them outside.

Awww I'm glad for ya fear But I don't think they taste as good as human flesh!! Keep this one as a friend!! Oh I will! Beside I'm full from eating all of the...err...'things'... Cool thing is after I saw that one I saw a few more running around, so I think he brought his friends.

I caught one at work yrs ago, it was the size of a tarantula. Sent it to school with my kids for show and tell. He stayed at the school for several months. Then we took him to the Butterfly Pavilion and Insect Center to live. We got a 'Behind the Scenes' tour of the facility.

I once had a rosehaired tarantula and 2 black widows...super fun Back in Utah Black Widows came out of the woodwork, I had about a dozen in a shoe box. Also had some Desert Recluses in another shoebox...those things were evil!

I would not fool around with the desert recluses they could really harm someone. The tarantula's are safer, they want to stay out of your way and if the do bite it would be nothing like the desert recluse.
