Got out of bed. Doubtful my usual one cup of coffee will be enough. At least I'm sure of one thing, today will be better than yesterday since the HIGHLIGHT of my day was when the VA called me to schedule the consult for my upcoming colonoscopy.

Hey now the highlight of my day was staying and hour and a half at the Carter Blood Center cause I decide to almost pass out not once but twice  after giving blood whoopie what fun that was. Funny thing it has never happened before when I gave blood and to top it off I did not get a T-Shirt instead a pint of ice cream shshhs

I never get anything for giving blood except a rice crispy treat. We must be cheap around here. OMG, here they have a whole section of drinks from water to all kinds of juices or gator raid then they have basket after basket of different kind of cookies and treats for you to sit and eat till your content. They normally give you a T-shirt even though that is not what I go for but I do wear them this time they were giving out coupons for a pint of Blue Bell ice cream. Which is fine as well but regardless I would still give even if they did not give anything. Just thought it was comically for I have been trying to cut down on certain foods and getting back into walking. Then they give me ice cream coupon and I missed my walk last night due to what happen yesterday humm wonder if that is a sign that maybe I would be better off sitting on my butt behind the computer instead lol
