please people. there is no such thing as war on terror. no there not terrorist there just pissed off. because the USA cant seem to mind there own business.and going to Iraq. only thing that done. was piss them off even more. seems that if you don't agree on USA world view they call you a terrorist.

If you disagree with the US and then threaten to kill (or actually kill) a whole bunch of people, they definitely call you a terrorist. Pretty sure we don't call the French terrorists, and they disagree with EVERYthing.

I don't think the French want to kill Americans.

By the way...Where is Bin Laden? I was checking out the FBI most wanted list, he isn't even listed for the 9/11. He is only listed as a " Connection to the 1998 US Embassy bombing of Tanzania".

http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/topten/fugitives/laden.htm

Funny how not even the FBI considers him as the guy behind 9/11.

Since it has always been illegal to make terrorist threats, did we really need the patriot act?

Regardless of one's opinion about terrorists threats and using seatbelts, I believe adj's point is:

We are on the slippery slope of degrading personal liberties - and as we slide down that slope, people keep reassuring us (lying to us) even as they push us farther down.

I agree with this view, and its one reason I'm very skeptical of the national ID proposals; and the supposedly optional standardization of state ID, and the use of RFID in any kind of personal ID card, etc.

well if this country would keep up with these low life illegal aliens we would have to worry. sooner or later someone is going to grow a set of grape fruit. and deport these illegal lowlifes.
