Topic: Crush or Date? | |
---|---|
So, I was thinking today about how much I miss having a crush. The whole giddy, excited feeling you get every time you think of them, the joy at a text from them, the hope that they'll be there when you go out with friends to a regular place...
But then, if you're lucky, you date them and that feeling goes away. So here's my question -- would you rather crush and never date or date and lose the crush feelings? |

I'd rather not have the crush NOR have the date. But that's just me, though.

i want both

i want both Me too. Not much chance of actually having either one, though. |

I'd rather not have the crush NOR have the date. But that's just me, though. So... you're taken then? I know, having both would be great. I wonder if that's what being in love is like... |

Snarky, You know whats cool?
I actually had the awesome crush feeling for a year, and he did too, we tried to re-act out our first sexual experience every time it was so good. He moved away, and had no way to see me so he broke up with me, but.. the excitement can last at least that long that I know of. We kept it sizzling. |

Oh,I know it's possible, just not for me apparently. YEAP, that's what love is
Speaking from experience? wow that sounds complicated. i think my way is simpler:
see attractive girl talk to her (and we like it) we go out (repeat as needed) It's actually really simple... just feelings. You don't crush? |

Yes, that is what love is like. You get both.

It's actually really simple... just feelings. You don't crush? no, i suppose not. it seems inefficient. |

It's actually really simple... just feelings. You don't crush? no, i suppose not. it seems inefficient. So... you don't think about a woman you like when she's not around, or get excited to see her? Inefficient? What are you. Vulcan? |

have you ever wanted to crush your date?

So... you don't think about a woman you like when she's not around, or get excited to see her? Inefficient? What are you. Vulcan? maybe... i'll think about planning a date and seeing her would be a positive thing. it's been many years since i've been really into someone. vulcan, no. logical, yes. |
