its going good...how are you?

i have been so busy ...jury duty ... i have no time for me i have to be there at 8 am 5 or so come home cook for the kid's go over my man house till 2 am or so then start all over it's been like that all week

Happy Sunday afternoon everyone. It poured for about an hour and I mean poured! Now the sun is out and it is beautiful outside. I am baking peanut butter cookies right now and doing laundry. Trying to figure out what outfits I want to take to Sturgis. It is hard due to the fact that I am a shoe and clothes horse! Being on a cycle really limits my options.

Tim and Lilbug I am mailing out a box to each of you tomorrow. Hope you both enjoy them. Tim you have been a joy having as a secret pal. I loved buying something for your girls. I miss my girls being little! Boo hoo!

damn now that is a busy schedule...better make sure you take care of yourself though...don't want to be getting sick or anything

I am a great cook I just don't like to do it unless the mood strikes. Which is very rare. LOL

Okay, here's how this works.

Towards the end of every month I will ask for folks to be Secret Pals to someone for the following month. Presently, I am seeking Secret Pals for September. If you would like to participate, write me and give me your home address. Once I have the names of all who would like to participate for that month, I will assign secret pals. You must be willing to share your home address

You are to send the person I assign you for that month a surprise, i.e., a card, a note, a refrigerator magnet, a bookmark, a lottery ticket, a postcard.... anything specific to that member or your area would be great, but it can be whatever you choose.

Because of issues with packages crossing the borders and the cost involved I'm afraid I have to limit this to the US only.

The list will change monthly, so if you want to participate again the following month, you must wrte me and let me know you want to participate again.

This is a good reason to start a scrap book!

Well it is 12:03 a.m. here so I am the first to wish everyone a Happy Monday. Hugs and smooches to everyone on this Monday morning.
Going school shopping for my 16 year old again tomorrow. She doesn't need anything else but some really good sales are going on. I need to call my dentist due to my jaw keeps getting stuck in a certain position, they told me it is due to me grinding my jaw at night. Oh what is a girl to do. It has gotten to the point that I don't want to even eat because it hurts to chew. So first thing to do in the a.m. when the dentist opens is get in there. Who knows what they will want to do to me!!!!

Hopefully we will get some new blood in here and let them see how much fun we have with each other. I am kind of ready to get back in the routine of working again. Only so much cleaning and yard work I can do. Here is to the start of a great week ahead of us all.

Good morning Pals! Well the move went very well. Everything is in the new place, but it looks like a cyclone hit here. Sooo many boxes to unpack and get organized. The old place is all cleaned out and cleaned up. I left the keys and called the landlord to let him know I was done and leaving them for him on the counter. I am not sure why it hit me so hard to leave the keys and lock the door. Cried like a little baby for the first hour of my drive back to the new place. I love the new place and my bathroom is already decorated with my frog/lily pad decor that all my wonderful pals sent me over the last few months. That was the first thing I showed my mom and she promptly set everything up in the bathroom for me. She loved it and when I told her where everything came from she loved it even more!

My pal is getting a package sent out today, I was so busy with the move that I completely forgot to send their stuff. I feel guilty cause I haven't sent anything out to them yet.

Sherry, we have 12 for this month, only one new person. This means some of you may get a pal you've had in the past for August, I'll do my best to avoid that.

Hope the dentist can help with your jaw problem. Sounds like TMJ syndrome. Maybe fitting you for the mouth piece thingy to wear at night will help.
