Good Evening (((Pals))) I hope everyone had a good day today. When I was leaving work tonight, it started pouring rain as I was walking to my car. I was absolutely drenched till I reached my car! I don't think there was one dry spot.

I talked to her this morning, she has been sick, but will be back when she feels better. I will let her know you asked

Good evening everyone. Going to the dentist in the morning and dragging my oldest daughter with me to hold my hand. Hope they knock me out! LOL TMJ is what they think is wrong so they are fitting me for a mouth guard. Wish me luck. Talk to you all tomorrow sometime. Have a wonderful Thursday.

I would like to respectively ask when you flip/turn this thread that you post the original post, and indicate folks are to e-mail me here if they wish to join Secret Pals. This is not like the other typical 'chat' topics here, it has a specific purpose, and if the the first post does not reflect it's specific purpose folks will not know what this topic is all about.

Okay, here's how this works.

Towards the end of every month I will ask for folks to be Secret Pals to someone for the following month. Presently, I am seeking Secret Pals for August. If you would like to participate, write me and give me your home address. Once I have the names of all who would like to participate for that month, I will assign secret pals. You must be willing to share your home address

You are to send the person I assign you for that month a surprise, i.e., a card, a note, a refrigerator magnet, a bookmark, a lottery ticket, a postcard.... anything specific to that member or your area would be great, but it can be whatever you choose.

Because of issues with packages crossing the borders and the cost involved I'm afraid I have to limit this to the US only.

The list will change monthly, so if you want to participate again the following month, you must wrte me and let me know you want to participate again.

This is a good reason to start a scrap book!

When you receive something from your secret pal, come back here and let us know.

Hello Ladies and Gents!

Went to doc yesterday and they cut off 13 skin tags and stopped there only because of coding. I feel like a live farm for growths here. Tummy is a bit upset today, thinking that might just be hormones. Hope I didn't pick up a bug while there.

Good morning everyone. Back from the dentist and $240 dollars poorer. Oh well, anything to make the jaw pain go away. Only sad thing is that it will take two weeks to have it made and mailed back to my dentist. Man I am tired! Couldn't sleep last night for anything. It is ugly outside and chilly. Thinking of taking a walk, (the rain has stopped for now), go tanning, and then cleaning the house up a bit. Doesn't that sound delightful?? I know a day in the life of Sherry! Everyone have a great day and make the most of it.
