I was talking to my roommate and told him that the people on here were so much more interesting than the people I meet irl. He looked at me and said, "Maybe they're not... maybe they're just being THEMSELVES online."

It made me think. I'm certainly different online than in person. I'm WAY more outgoing and willing to talk to strangers.

...even cute boys...

So, how are YOU different online, if you are? And if you're not, why not?

There is probably some truth to this but how much we will never know. I think It can be explained much like a first date, you only want someone to see what you want them to see. Personaly, I think this is bad practice especially if you are looking to make a real life relationship. It is very important not to lie about who you are cos in affect you are lieing to yourself...and in my opinion you are only as good as your word...
