A 12-year-old runaway in Clearwater, Florida had been accepting money from men in exchange for sex, according to police reports. Two men have been arrested and police believe that at least two more men will be charged. Those arrested are: Victorino Panzopanzo, age 37 and Abel Calihuamacuixtle age 30. Both men were booked into the Pinellas County Jail a little after midnight Tuesday, July 14, 2009.

I think people would be surprised as to how impressionable a child can be.

I've studied child psychology an child development. I don't care how 'mature' children are nowdays, no 12 yr old can honestly consent to sex. They have no idea what they're doin. The adult does. Doin a Bobbitt wouldn't even be justice.

Sexual abuse is a touchy subject for me. The man that raped me was given 6 months in prison.......he moved out of state as fast as he could...

BUT I have also seen cases where you find out the child lied because they got mad about something, OR the child was told that he/she was touched in a bad way.

I agree people need to be punished for this stuff, but if an innocent person (women have gotten arrested too) gets killed we can't take that back. Can't just say "I'm sorry."

It is very sad to see the disadvantaged taken advantage of in all cases.

The men deserved to prosecuted if they are guilty of this horrible crime.

I would not go so far as to hang them or remove body parts since that makes me no better than them in the long run.

I was sexually abused at around 5 or so and the abuser is a family member. He is not mentally well. I do not hate him nor do I wish him bodily harm. I wished he could get the help he needs so he will not do it again.

My life was changed by this action on his part but he can never change it back by being abused in jail nor by being put to death.
