 YR stuff happens all the time - unintentional things I have walked into my sliding glass doors (yes they are that clean) on occassion, who should I blame, the Glass manufacturer, the glass cleaner company or me. people are just so into blaming another soul no one takes responsibility for their actions or foolish actions (mine included)  I am going to sue the installers of the doors for not warning me about the chance of walking into the doors if they were kept clean but don't you know your own house???? the city does have a responsibility to put warnings around any construction. that is why they are negligent. I hope the family doesn't win because she was negligent in not paying attention as well there are frivilous lawsuits. when I worked for a chiropractor...there was a lady that made a habit out of suing...the last one was because she stepped off a curb and there weren't signs saying there was a curb...now THAT is wrong lol. but in this case....manholes normally have covers unless they are being worked on (which isn't all the time) so an uncovered manhole should have warnings.....where as a curb that is always there doesn't need warning lol |
