Let's go to the "picky" thread that should explain it..
I just figure, I'm looking for more than "right now" and if they have habits, ethics, issues, etc. that I know I can't live with should things develop further then why bother... And if they have any anger issues that reminds me of what I've experienced in my last relationship I run, I do not pass go and I do not collect my $200...

my point is, if we can't find people why? is it b/c we won't date below or above a certain age? b/c we want a certain look, style, intelligence, sense of humor, ethics, lifestyle, etc. I know that I have certain criteria that makes meeting someone I'd date a little difficult so I take responsibility for that..
I'm not saying anyone should change or lower their preferences/criteria, I'm just saying that b/c of those things it makes it harder to find/meet someone we'd want to date... |

Same here hun.. If I do go to a bar it's to go out and have fun with friends, I won't date people from a bar... I'm just saying with all the online dating sites there are 100's of ways to meet people, it's what/how we choose to go about it or not go about it... Now, I've heard that there are some places where there aren't that many people from their area on a site or to meet out networking or not, that can make it hard but typically it's not those people ranting and whining in threads.. |
