I work ten or twelve hours a day in attics or on new construction with my job so I'm usually to tired after work to go do anything for the sole purpose of keeping fit. You look very fit to me! |

yoga, waling, in the summer work in the garden and I have a pilaties machine for winter.....hehehe ts still in the box....who wants to help put it together

I put on the oldies station or pop in some tunes at work and dance my fool @ss off at work for 4-5 hours....I even installed a lil disco ball in our bottling room! We are seperate from public areas where customers might see us, so when a good song comes on...we looks as stupid and ungraceful as white boys can be. But, it definitley makes work more fun.....makes me wanna hear "Play that Funky music White Boy"

Briskly walk, sometimes jog, around my truck 70 times every morning(roughly two miles)
40 Ab crunches 50 push ups 25 leg extension pull ups 30 Ab crunches 25 push ups 10 leg extension pull ups and then breathing meditation for 20 to 30 minutes... |

I work out, both with weights and daily in the yard and house. Always a project to do. Roofing for 10 years gave me some serious workouts. The kinks will always be there, just do something physical every day and you wil be fine.

I do pilates and cardio. I buy the cardio/pilates dvds and my daughter and I work out together at home. It is fun, and alot cheaper than the gym. You would be surprised at how well 20 minutes of exercise twice a day works.

Just realized I need to stretch so off to dance in my kitchen. What do you do to exercise or just work out the kinks? I do 30 mins on the treadmill, 20 mins on the elyptical...(sp) and then the weights.... Oh then 30 min core workout with Billy Blanks...Everyday |

Holy moly this is a very fit bunch of people. I love how many of us dance for fun, exercise and alone! Thought I might have the corner on that one, glad to know I don't!
