Oh, I forgot about the spelling/grammar engine that deletes your email if it doesn't meet minimums.

And if somebody tYpEs LiKe tHiS, there's a filter that makes their computer blow up.

I'd join a site just for that feature.

And there would be a special matching questionnaire feature, like eHarmony, only not based on how religious or homophobic you were, but based on your ability to spell all of the elements on the Periodic Table. I can't even begin to tell you how irate I get when I see "molybdenum" misspelled.

"I knew she was the one for me when I saw 'praseodymium' in her profile...."

Considering some spell wrong just to be different. Others really don't care as long as people can get the jist of it.

Spelling and grammar in the cyber world is really not important unless you have a job in that field.

People express themselves in different ways and spelling in this world is one that they can use.

Spelling and grammar is no biggie. If that is all you have to worry about then life is great for you.

As for the intimidation factor, there is none unless someone has low self esteem and feels less than because of spelling in which case they have a personal issue, it has nothing to do with how great someone else spells.

makes communication difficult though; and since all we have is this typing medium to communicate with, it's rather important.

It didn't make it hard for me at all!!!

I pretty much know what they are saying

Also the majority of bad spellers here are not that bad that they upset everyone else's balance!
