Idk how to explain it hun!! My biggest problem is im drinkin alone which is something I never do and the way he acted around me was outragious he picked on me so bad I punched him in the shoulder so hard he will have a lump for a week all the **** he said before he came went out the window on the way here it feels like he drove 275 miles to belittle me

I'm confused; if he came to visit for a week in order to work things out, what happened? You told him you still cared about him and he didn't say it back? If he didn't want to get back together why in the world did he come at all??
