Everything idk I feel inadequite umm my ex came for a week talkin bout fixin things and the whole time he was a *** it was a night mare now im drinkin alone which is outta charactor for me and I wish I had someone to join me idk he made me feel old ugly fat and unwanted it made me feel if he didn't still find me attractive no one ever would cuz I a mouthy and don't care what others think I guess Idk been cryin 4 3hrs now can't seem to stop!! I'll pick this one. So, how did your ex make you feel old, ugly, and fat? Moreso why do you put him in a power position to be able to tell you how you will end up? He's one guy, he is not many, he does not speak for the rest of us...no matter what he may say it is his opinion and his alone. It happens, people tear us down when things don't go their way or we speak out against them actually there are multitudes of reasons people speak badly about people. The only way it has any bearing is if we put them in a power position to declare it as an ultimate truth, the one thing I have never understood about relationships regardless of the length of them...is that one or the other can have so much dictation on the others life, which is probably why I am single...no one dictates me. Maybe you need to take time away from all of this and put some energy towards what is positive that you do, or let the creative juices flow and write/draw/paint/etc. You really need to focus more on yourself and less on what other people think about you, another thing I've never understood...we are not given life to impress someone, we are given life to live it. |
